Lecture of Avi Wigderson

Prof. Avi Wigderson from the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton visited Bocconi University and the Department of Computing Sciences on April 2nd.
The title of his lecture was "Randomness" which is a key concept in the theory of computation, used as an important tool for design of algorithms.
Prof. Wigderson is a laureate of both the Abel Prize which is considered the Nobel prize of Mathematics and the Turing Award which is considered the Nobel prize of Computer Science.
